C++ Talk
Join us for an academic talk with Professor Bjarne Stroustrup. He is a computer scientist and the inventor and developer of the widely used programming language C++. He holds a masters in maths and a PhD in computer science. Amongst his experiences he is a member of the US National Academy of Engineering, an honorary fellow of Churchill College, Cambridge, and a professor of Computer Science at Columbia. He has recieved many awards such as the 2017 Faraday Medal and the 2018 Computer Pioneer Award from the IEEE Computer Society.
