Sir Roger Penrose Talk
Join us this upcoming Wednesday for an academic talk by Sir Roger Penrose OM FRS HonFInstP. He is a mathematician and the 2020 Nobel laureate for his work on black holes. He has published many pioneering works such as cosmology and relativity. As well as being Fellow of the Royal Society, he is also Emeritus Rouse Ball Professor of Mathematics at Oxford, and honorary fellow of UCL and St Johns, Cambridge. He was knighted in 1994, and in 2000, was appointed a Member of the Order of Merit.
